Lara is now in Week 3 of Stabilization on the Quick Weight Loss program, which means adding back starches and fats to her diet.
And she continues to lose weight even when adding more food back into her diet. She lost another pound and is down 21!
This week, QWL is adding in foods like cereal, bagels, waffles, spaghetti, regular salad dressing, butter and Lara’s favorite, pizza! All of this makes it easier for Lara to eat out but still maintain her weight loss.
