Week 20: Starting Stabilization

At the start of Week 20 in "Losing LBS. with Lara," Lara lost another pound and is down nearly 22 pounds.

Lara is starting stabilization this week and is nervous, which Lorraine says is normal.

Stabilization is a six-week sequence whereby Lorraine and the team at Quick Weight Loss will start to add food back into Lara's diet that were not previously included in the plan. QWL adds the foods back in over this period to help maintain the weight that Lara has already lost.

In the first week, it's about adding quantity and in subsequent weeks it will be about expanding. This week, QWL will add more fruits, starches and protein to Lara's daily intake.
