Week 17: Bad Food v. Good Food

At the start of Week 17 in "Losing LBS. with Lara," Lara gained a little bit of weight.

Quick Weight Loss Centers can't pinpoint exactly why Lara gained, but one guess is that she's retaining water from eating out. When eating out, you may think you're making a good food choice when really it's a bad choice.

The day before weigh in, Lara had a sandwich for lunch. Processed lunch meat has a lot of sodium. For dinner she had a chicken Cesar salad with the dressing. Restaurant dressings also have a lot of sodium, which may have caused Lara to retain water. She also had a plum, which she learned has a lot of sugar despite it being "healthy" since it's a fruit!
