At the start of Week 12 in "Losing LBS. with Lara," Lara lost two more pounds for a total of 19.5 pounds.
While Lara is doing well on the Quick Weight Loss plan, she's nervous about going on vacation. She talked with Lorraine about planning ahead and what to do when on vacation.
In Lara's case, she'll be staying in a condo with a kitchen facility so that will help. She can make her food and keep fruits and vegetables in the refrigerator for snacking on. For others, the QWL plan allows you to eat regular food so you can eat out at restaurants, especially while on vacation. Plus, they provide you with a guide for substitutions to better help you while on holiday.
