At the start of Week 11 in "Losing LBS. with Lara," Lara pound for a total of 17.5 pounds.

This week she talked with Lorraine about eating out. Lorraine quickly dispels the myth that you can't be social while dieting or have to change your lifestyle dramatically. Yes,  you must watch what you eat but there are still options.

Quick Weight Loss Centers offers a restaurant guide that you can take with you to restaurants so you have the calorie/fat/protein/carb count right in front of you. But if a restaurant isn't in the guide, Lorraine says not to worry. She recommends asking the chef to prepare a steak or fish “dry grilled” with no marinade. And if you want a salad, bring along your own dressing!
