Q: I have been unemployed for eight months now and because I have no income, I am about to default on my student loans. In what ways will defaulting on my student loans effect my future? – Jennifer from Katy

A: Obviously if you have no income, you can pay but that has some consequences. She promised to pay those loans back and so she needs to make arrangements with those providers to pay them back. Now the providers don’t want anyone to default on the loan.

Q: Last New Year’s, I was caught with fireworks inside the city limits. Are sparklers even allowed this Fourth of July? – Lara from Houston
