Healthy BBQ

With Memorial Day weekend coming up, there's no doubt you'll be sipping drinks poolside and enjoying food off the grill. But is there really such a thing as healthy barbecue?

Sharon Reitman of Smart Meals says there is.

Reitman recommends using 98% fat free beef like Springer Hill, which is sold at Smart Meals. The ground beef has only 2 grams of fat per 4 oz. serving.

Want something salty? Try baked chips instead of regular potato chips.

And you don't have to skip the sides. You can make a healthy cole slaw with low fat dressing or potato salad with fat free mayonnaise or mustard.

Dessert is also still an option too. Jell-o with some fat free whipped cream is the perfect option for those craving sweets.
