I am taking some days off from work so I will see how the "vacation" plan goes. I have lost 20 pounds overall, and I have just reached the six week point in the program. The good folks at Quick Weight Loss gave me suggested menus while traveling and there is also a restaurant guide to help you. I also loaded up on supplements, which will come in handy for any long car drives you might take this summer. I shall report back next week.

I have made it through five weeks of the plan and have now lost 18 ½ pounds. That includes making it through the holiday weekend. I am closing in on my target weight and will be close to it in just one more week. I am proof Quick Weight Loss works and it also is much easier than I thought it might be. If you are interested in lowering your blood pressure, this is the plan for you. My initial testing saw my pressure way too high for my liking. It is now back to the normal range and the weight reduction is the only thing I can point to. I am not on any blood pressure medication at all. I hope you give it a go. Once you do, you will feel guilty if you don't stick to it. The guilt in this case is a good thing.

I am entering my second month on Quick Weight Loss and am doing pretty good. In less than five weeks I haven't strayed from the plan and have lost 17 pounds. I think most of you would agree that's good, and I am pleased with the plan. It really is easy to do and even if you can't stick to it exactly as it's written, you still lose weight.
I only had one period between weigh-ins where I didn't lose any weight. I stayed the same. The plan was modified slightly, and when I went back three days later I had lost one-and-a-half pounds. When I hit the 20 pound loss mark I may be very happy since I thought it would take a long time to get to that goal.
THE TOUGHEST PART? Making up your mind to get started. Do it for your health, if not your wardrobe. Guys, most (diet) plans seem aimed at women, but not here. It works for both.

I just finished three full weeks on the Quick Weight Loss plan and I have lost 15 pounds. I have found it easy to do and am looking at not making too many mistakes along the way. It is a great plan to rid yourself of bad eating habits. I have always been an exercise guy but didn't always eat as I should. I also think the people at the center I go to have been very nice and easy to work with. Follow my journey as I lose weight and learn to eat right.
