To Enter: Beginning March 9th, 2010 through March 19th, 2010, viewers will be asked to log onto www.houstons55.com and register to win one (1) of ten (10) Old Dogs DVD Combo Packs, valued at $29.99. Each winner will receive 1 Old Dogs DVD Combo Pack valued at $29.99. Five (5) winners will be drawn on Friday March 12th, and Friday March 19th 2010. Entry is easy, simply register at Houstons55.com, fill out and submit the required online form. ** All online entries must contain: name, address, daytime telephone number, evening telephone number, (if different from daytime telephone number) email address and birth date. 2. Eligibility Restrictions: A. This contest is open to all viewers who are U.S. residents and 16 years of age or older. Employees of KTBU, USFR Media, Moroch & Associates, and their affiliates & subsidiaries, immediate family members, employees of other Texas area television stations and their families are ineligible to participate in the contest. Winners must have a valid social security card and a valid government or state issued photo id. B. Viewers are eligible to win a KTBU contest only once every sixty days. Viewers are eligible to win a prize valued at $600 or more once every six months. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest. 3. Prize: A. KTBU will be awarding ten (10) Old Dogs DVD Combo Packs, valued at $29.99 courtesy of Moroch & Associates. B. Other Restrictions may apply. Selection of winners: A. Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final. B. Winners will be notified via e-mail and /or telephone on March. 12th, 2010, and will have ten (10) business days from day of notification to claim prize by contacting KTBU Offices via email and/or telephone between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. at which point winner will need to schedule a time to pick up prize and bring required identification for photocopy to KTBU Channel 55. If winner(s) fails to claim prize within the allotted time, the prize will be forfeited. KTBU is not responsible for any problems which winner may incur while trying to claim the prize.
